Emergencies during surgery hours

If your pet has an emergency during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.

Our 24-hour emergency cover is provided by Emergency VetCare, a veterinary practice dedicated to providing emergency service only.

Emergency VetCare Fees:

£90-£150 per consultation including the OOH charge.
