Telephone advice

If you would like some advice over the phone from one of our nurses or veterinary surgeons, the best times to ring are between 8.30am and 9.00am and from 3.00pm to 3.30pm on weekdays. What to do in an emergency.

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 12.00pm

For your convenience we offer an appointment system although, in an emergency, we will always fit you in.
